LILI FOURNIER, a Visionary Thought Leader, Social Justice Activist, Philanthropist and award-winning Filmmaker was in the forefront of advancing the human potential movement. She played a trailblazing role in sharing the principles of living the spiritual path to success.
We have this once in a lifetime opportunity to change the future for the world’s women and girls. At the same time, we face the most consequential moment in world history when it comes to defending our rights, freedom and democracy.
9/11 forever changed her life. As the towers tumbled, she was given a prophetic vision of this dystopian future, which she felt posed an existential threat to humanity. She left a highly successful career to become a passionate advocate and champion for limitless potential of women and girls.
She was a child of Holocaust survivors who fled an oppressive Communist regime to live the American dream. She prized freedom and democracy above all else. Her challenging lifelong mission, what she calls her “magnificent obsession”, began with a VOW.
That she would produce Women’s Day Live and World Girls Day to harness the power of music, celebrity, and technology to accelerate the advancement, empowerment, and leadership role of women and girls around the world. She felt that empowered women were the solution to saving the future pillars of democracy which she knew was going to be under attack.
Who spends 14 years of their life and gives away all their money to realize such a bold mission? She’s kept her VOW. It has cost her no less than everything.
You can tell a great deal about a civilization and what it values by where it puts its money. Are we worth it yet? It’s time for the world to step up for the future of the worlds’ girls, women and children. That time is now.
We are poised to produce the World Girls Day Benefit concert and International Girls Day Music Festival on Oct 11-13, 2024. The legendary Louis J. Horvitz (Live Aid, Grammys, Oscars) will direct a spectacular live global mega shed event to celebrate, champion and support the world’s girls around the world.
Women and girls are experiencing horrific setbacks worldwide. Tens of millions of girls have fallen into poverty and hundreds of million girls are being sold into slavery or child marriage. If we don’t take bold action now, girls will be set back generations. This is not happening on our watch.
The power of girls’ and women’s voices will ring out around the world on International Girls Day. Tweens, Gen-Z & Millennials will be inspired to put their Heart in Action to help make this International Girls Day Music Festival a Social Networking Take-over. In partnership with nonpartisan campaigns we will encourage civic engagement, inspiring people to use the power of their voice and the power of their vote.

Lili has put her life and reputation on the line to go up against powerful forces in the world who do not want to see women and girls succeed. That’s courage. That’s integrity. That’s authentic power. She said she’d have a plan ready to help build a future for women and girls and protect democracy at all costs. She does.
We are calling on the hearts of ethical visionary leaders to provide the resources we need to fly. Together can inspire the world to rise to this consequential moment in history.
Women’s Day Live became a Clinton Global Initiative commitment in 2006 at the personal invitation of President Clinton. The great Archbishop Desmond Tutu was the Patron for Women’s Day Live and sent out letters seeking support for the mission for over a decade. It’s a bold idea whose time has come. The impossible dream made possible.

Only our freedom, our rights and democracy are at stake. The consequences of our choices now will have irreversible consequences.

Lili has been like Cassandra, fated by the God Apollo to utter true prophecies but never to be believed. She was willing to make unbelievable sacrifices and push past her limits to help change the future for women and girls as she watched the world heading in an ever increasingly dangerous direction. Everyone one of her prophesies came true.
She faced countless obstacles and setbacks, using them as fuel to propel her forward to deliver on her vow to have a plan ready to help save the very future course of humanity.
