WE ARE IN THE CRISIS OF THE CENTURY
THE NEED FOR HUMANITARIAN AID AROUND THE WORLD IS SEVERE AND TRAGIC.
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I am calling on your visionary leadership with the greatest urgency to help our suffering human family. We have an Emmy-Award Wining team poised to produce the Women’s Day Live Global Multi-Platform Virtual Benefit Concert to help feed hungry children and their families.
World artists will harness the power of music, media, and technology to galvanize a united global effort to combat hunger which is sweeping the world with catastrophic impact. Women have been hit by a devastating force by COVID 19, especially women of color and minority women.
Vice President Kamala Harris said “Women are a National Emergency that requires a national solution. Our economy cannot fully recover unless women can participate fully. Women are experiencing an economic crisis worldwide.
The legendary Louis J. Horvitz will direct. (Oscars, Grammys, Live Aid).
We invite your visionary leadership to help fund the Women’s Day Live Benefit concert and the State of the World’s Women Summit.
This is Live Aid Women. We can use the power of music to capture the airwaves of the world to launch the Heart in Action Global Humanitarian campaign. The Benefit will support COVID Relief Funds, which are proven to have the greatest impact.

This is a decisive turning point in world history. We stand poised at an absolutely revolutionary moment, with a transformational platform. Now is the time to galvanize a bold and exciting Global Women’s Economic Empowerment initiative. I have always felt an incredible sense of purpose and mission to help the world’s women and children see a brighter future. I have traveled to over 80 countries around the world and lived with people in their villages and towns and its simply amazing to see what women can do with so little. Women and girls are the poorest people on the planet. As Gandhi said, “Poverty is the worst kind of violence.” Speaking of violence, the growing levels of violence against women is now horrific. We’re talking about hundreds of millions of women. We have the “It’s Never Okay Campaign” in 29 languages which former Premiere Wynne spent $50 million dollars to create. It works. It’s time as a human family that we take this seriously and make a commitment for change. We deserve our dignity and respect.
It’s time for systemic change on every level. It’s time for a brand new playing field. We want an equal place at the table. Are we worth it yet?
This has been my life’s work. The future of our children and our grandchildren in in our hands. The question is what are we prepared to do? Working together we can be an unstoppable force for good. Love is the power. Love is the motivator.
I appeal to your generosity of heart to help us respond to this catastrophic global humanitarian crisis. I saw it coming and dedicated years of my life to be ready to respond to it. To not stand up and step up now for the world’s women and children would be too heartbreaking. We can all do more.
"Each of us has the power and strength to overcome whatever challenges we face to become powerful social change agents. These times are calling for us to take a stand and find out what we are made of . The future is in our hands. Let’s turn action into impact."
- Lili FOURNIER, Women's Day Live Founder
WOMEN’S DAY LIVE IS LIVE AID WOMEN. We invite all the global music industry players and media platforms, the worldwide communications industry, corporate and world leaders to join a united global effort to invest in the future of the world’s women and children. Otherwise, women and girls progress will be set back generations. I said I would never give up. This is a cause worth dying for. I wondered if I was a megalomaniac or a fool. I decided I am both. I have gone the distance. Will you help realize this bold and exciting mission? I have answered the call. Will you join me?
We invite your visionary leadership to join us in a dynamic partnership to make history. The future depends on what we do now.
With warmest regard,
IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO FIGHT FOR
WHAT’S IMPORTANT IN LIFE. IN THE END YOU WILL ASK YOURSELF "HOW WELL DID I LOVE?" and "WHAT WAS MY GIFT TO THE FAMILY OF THE WORLD?"
