This is our moment of truth as a human family.

LILI FOURNIER, a Visionary thought leader, Philosopher, Social Justice Activist, Philanthropist and award-winning Filmmaker and Columnist was in the forefront of advancing the human potential movement.  She hosted, produced, and directed the highly successful Quest series of specials, which aired on PBS for over a decade.

Given a prophetic vision on 9/11 of this dystopian future, which she ‘knew’ would pose an existential threat to the future of humanity, she left a highly successful career to dedicate her life to the mission to educate and empower women. Always a passionate advocate for the limitless potential of women and girls, she also felt that they were the solution to saving our freedom and the future pillars of democracy which were going to come under attack.

Her challenging lifelong mission, what she calls her “magnificent obsession” began with a VOW which she made on an empty Washington Mall, on the first flight allowed to land in D.C. post 9/11. She would have a plan in place to help save the future of democracy. No matter what it would take. Divide and conquer was a totalitarian playbook she knew well. She grew up in an oppressive communist regime. Tyranny was knocking. It was just a question of time. She’s kept her pledge. Its taken outrageous courage to act on the power of her convictions.

“Only people who have never known what it is to live without freedom, can appreciate how precious it is.”

Lili worked 24/7 in a volunteer role in highly stressful situations to achieve this mission. She went full time in 2010. She came close 5 times to pulling off this live global mega-shed event that would build the infrastructure needed. Who spends 15 years of their life and gives away all their money to achieve such a mission?

It has cost her no less than everything. She believes the chronic stress caused her husband to suffer a severe stroke. He almost died several times. This magnificent man, the love of her life, supported her lifelong mission. He was never sick a day in his life. Not to have his brilliant mind is a devastating blow. She worked throughout this shock trauma and heartbreak to try and make the World Girls Day Benefit Concert happen on October 11, 2024, given the stakes could not be higher. She had a world class Emmy Award winning execution team.

She believes that some things are worth fighting for and dying for. Tragically, everyone of her predications have come true.

You and your work are so worthy of this Award,

and we at Pathways to Peace are so excited to give it to you!

This is our moment of truth as a human family.

We are in the midst of the worst Global Hunger Crisis in UNICEF’S 75-year history. If we don’t take bold action now, tens of millions will die of hunger and starvation needlessly. This is not happening on our watch.

I am calling on the hearts of ethical and compassionate visionary leaders to provide the resources to produce Women’s Day Live for a Global charity concert on Mother’s Day. This is Live Aid Women.

I made this Vow to produce Women’s Day Live and World Girls Day to harness the power of music, celebrity, and technology to accelerate investment in the education and empowerment women and girls in the world today. I have given my heart and soul to this mission to serve, protect and invest in the future of the world’s women and children. Alas, promises for investment to realize these two events in this past year did not materialise.

You can tell a great deal about what a civilization values by where it puts its money. Together can inspire the world to rise to this consequential moment in history to make poverty history by empowering women. World Leaders have just pledged to eradicate poverty by empowering women on this 30th Anniversary of the Beijing Platform for Action, March 8, 2025.

Women’s Day Live will launch the Heart in Action Global Humanitarian Campaign to deliver innovative globe spanning philanthropy. If not now, when?

Join us to Inspire a Powerful International Collaboration which is at the Heart of this Mission.

A Call to Action to World Leaders at the G7 summit in Canada in June, will help spark billions in International Development Aid to respond to these severe Global Hunger Crisis. That was Live Aid’s biggest legacy. We have the power to help change the future course of history for the world’s women and CHILDREN.

“I have answered the call. We need you. Will you help?”.
